SOON COME ~ THE SHOPPING CART

The learning curve is rough, soon come.

The Nitty Gritty Details

SHOPPING CART ~ The Shopping Cart is still not available.  WHY NOT A SHOPPING CART FOR ALL THE ART? ~ The website is created by me and the learning curve is steep and painting keeps getting in the way.
SHIPPING ~ The cost of shipping is based on where the painting might be as well as your location, the size of the piece and method of shipment. I prefer to use Fed Ex for global shipment. If the painting is in the US shipment might be through US Priority Mail or Fed Ex depending on the size of the painting and its location. If there are custom duty charges they are to be paid by you, the buyer. Just as a note, I prefer not to ship art on a Friday via Fed Ex as I do not like the thought of the package sitting around idle until Monday.
INFORMATION I WILL NEED ~

  • Your full name.
  • Address painting is being shipped to, including zip code.
  • Is it a residential or business address?
  • Phone number you would like associated with the package.
  • If a signature is required for delivery or can the package be left without a signature?

READY TO GO! ~ Once I get the go ahead (art is available/shipping costs established) and information needed from you I will send you an email invoice via PayPal.  PayPal will email me when they receive the money.  It’s pretty immediate, no delays.  Just minutes away from a purchase.

PAYMENT IS WITH PAYPAL ~  It’s fast, immediate and safe, protecting you, the buyer, and myself, the seller.  It won’t cost you anything to use PayPal, it’s free. No membership, no fees, absolutely free.  If you’re not familiar with how it works, payment is made with your credit card, your bank account or other source and all through their secure system.   Your financial information is kept private and I will never see your credit card or bank account number.  An added advantage to using PayPal is that once you’ve created an account you will never have to disclose your credit information online, and you will be able to shop without the fear of hackers. What If I’m Unhappy With The Art?

RETURN POLICY ~ Of course I hope you enjoy the art you have purchased however; if you are disappointed and not happy then I’m not happy, thus the art may be returned, no questions asked.  Step one is to send me an email saying you’d like to return the art: this email must be sent within 7 days (one week) of receipt of the piece.

SHIPPING ART BACK ~ The art is to be shipped back to me through the same shipping company and method that it originally was shipped; it must be properly packaged with care to avoid damage, and insured for its full value (amount you paid).  These expenses are to be paid by you, the buyer. I do not charge a restocking fee.  If there are any custom (duty tax) fees they will be deducted from the money I, the seller, owe you.  Once the art is in my hands and in its original shape, undamaged, I will reimburse you the money due, less customs tax if applicable, through PayPal.

DAMAGED ART ~ If the art is damaged an assessment must be made as to whether the damage occurred while in your hands or in the hands of the shipping company. This will be decided by the shipping company; a claim will be made and they will review the packaging to determine if they are at fault or if you, the buyer, packaged the art improperly or if the art was damaged prior to their receiving it for shipment.
RETURNING ART AFTER 7 DAYS ~ I will accept notification of intent to return art up until two weeks of your receiving it. The return policy is that you will receive credit to apply towards the purchase of another piece of my art.  No cash refund. All expenses, shipping, insurance and customs fees will be paid by you. If the returned art is damaged it will be treated as described in “Damaged Art”. Your credit will be applied towards any work currently on the market. If the value of the “new” piece is greater than your credit you will pay the difference. If there is nothing currently available that you like, you will have one year from the date of purchase to use this credit towards procuring a “new” painting.  The expense of shipping the “new” art will be incurred by you.   There is no refund or credit if you, the buyer, contact me beyond two weeks (14 days) of having the art in your possession.
